When you place an order or sign in, we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. Sign-in uses one-time passwords — we never store account passwords you have to remember.
Your details are used to personalise your cards, process orders, arrange delivery and send order updates. With your consent, we may send occasional emails about new collections — you can unsubscribe any time.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered directly with Razorpay and never touch our servers. We verify every payment signature server-side before confirming an order.
We share your address with courier partners solely to deliver your order. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
